Job Description

<p>Join our AI team to design and productionize the LLM-powered systems at the heart of LayersIQ. You will work on RAG pipelines, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering frameworks, and the evaluation infrastructure that keeps our AI features reliable.</p><p>This role bridges research and production—you will take ideas from prototype to live product feature, with full ownership of the AI components you build.</p>

Requirements

  • 3+ years working with LLMs in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source)
  • Experience building RAG systems and vector search pipelines
  • Python proficiency; TypeScript a plus
  • Familiarity with fine-tuning workflows (LoRA, PEFT)
  • Strong understanding of LLM evaluation and safety practices
