Job Description
<p>LayersIQ is expanding its enterprise sales motion and needs a Technical Account Manager to bridge the gap between our product and our most strategic customers. You will own post-sale relationships, drive expansion revenue, and serve as the voice of the customer internally.</p>
Requirements
- 3+ years in a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success role at a B2B SaaS company
- Ability to discuss technical architecture with engineering teams
- Track record of hitting expansion and retention targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in AI/ML or developer tooling a strong plus
