Every engagement includes a post-launch support window (30 days for MVP Sprint, 90 days for AI Product Build). After that, you can continue on a monthly retainer for maintenance, feature additions, and model updates, or take full ownership and run the project in-house. We provide complete documentation and a live handover session either way.
Absolutely. If your requirements grow during the engagement — for example, you start on an MVP Sprint but need a full design system or multi-agent orchestration — we'll scope the delta work and upgrade the engagement. There is no penalty for upgrading; we simply agree on the additional scope and timeline, then continue building.
