Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company name, and project details when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or book a demo. This contact information helps us respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you request.
We automatically collect certain usage data when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This technical data is collected through server logs and analytics tools to help us understand how visitors use our site.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and gather analytics data. You can control cookie settings through your browser; however, disabling cookies may limit certain features of our site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your contact information to respond to your enquiries, provide project quotes, schedule demos, and deliver the AI development services you have engaged us for. We may also use your email address to send service-related updates, project status notifications, and transactional messages directly related to your engagement with us.
With your consent, we may send you marketing communications about new services, case studies, and industry insights. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.
We use aggregated, anonymised analytics data to understand which pages and features attract the most interest, to improve site performance and user experience, and to inform our service development roadmap. This analytics data does not identify you personally.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Vercel, which may process your IP address and request metadata as part of serving pages. Vercel's infrastructure is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, and their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to any hosting provider.
We use analytics providers to collect aggregated usage statistics. These providers may set cookies on your device and receive limited technical information such as page URLs, referral sources, and session duration. All analytics data is pseudonymised and used solely for improving our website.
We use Calendly to facilitate booking of demo sessions. When you book a meeting, you interact directly with Calendly's platform, and your scheduling data is handled under Calendly's privacy policy. We receive only the meeting details necessary to honour your booking.
Data Retention
We retain your personal contact information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. For active client relationships, we retain project-related correspondence and records for a minimum of seven years to comply with financial and contractual obligations.
For enquiries that do not lead to a project engagement, we retain contact details for up to 24 months in order to follow up or respond to future questions. After this period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised unless you have opted into ongoing communications.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your data from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations that may apply.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you. You may request a copy of this data in a portable, machine-readable format by contacting us at privacy@layersiq.com.
You have the right to correct inaccurate data, to restrict or object to certain processing activities, and to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. California residents additionally have the right to know whether their personal information is sold or disclosed, and to opt out of any such sale — we do not sell personal data.
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of your rights or for questions about this policy, please contact us at privacy@layersiq.com. We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
